- 11/01/25 - battle of the bands (i played! not well, but i played. i crashed the fuck out on stage actually (my gear broke))
- 28/03/25 - open mic at a cafe (i got very very sleepy. not my scene at all i suppose but it was a fun experience)
- 16/05/25 - end of year concert (interesting experience. gear broke AGAIN. never buy cheapo pedals online)
- 07/06/25 - birthday party (did shots after our set cuz i fucked my solo)
- 13/06/25 - mcr x ptv x sws cover night (much more my scene. composed of 5 bands, 2 of which are utterly ungoogleable. had a blast)

BADWAVE VALKAL (technically hxc but like. adjacent enough? still core music so???) the hardcore scene deserves its own flowers. i am unfortunately not the one to plant them. wish i could cuz i love watching hxc bands but not so much actually listening to their music...- sintasan (haven't listened)

speaking of cds: i got a neat little dvd/cd driver. also inherited (lol) a few albums, mostly local bands. and white pony by deftones (original issue apparently???? don't know if this is true) but the disc is dirty or corrupted or something. which is very very unfortunate. but at least i have circus and cutterpillow and kitchie nadal s/t and ... uhh ... maroon 5 and switchfoot i guess LOL
i did learn how to properly rip cds. i think flacs are a good format. right? i sure hope so cuz all these albums are now in flac format.
one thing i really want to do is make a bootleg of bullets by mcr. with the booklet and art and everything. just seems like a fun project (and easy cash. i mean what)
